You have a date, want to wear a figure-hugging dress or go to the pool in a bikini? If only it weren’t for that bloated stomach… That’s how you flatten your stomach fast! In general, liquid is easier to digest and quickly ensures a flat stomach. A day with smoothies, soups and juices can help a lot. Fatty, spicy, very sweet and very high-fiber foods, on the other hand, cause bloating. The result: the stomach looks fatter.

This is how it works – flat stomach in 24 hours!

If you want to get a flat stomach fast, then your meal plan should look like this.

Breakfast: Sugar-free oatmeal with soy milk. You can sweeten it with some honey and a few berries. A boiled egg is also suitable for breakfast.

snack: A piece of low-sugar fruit like tangerines or vegetables like sticks of carrots or celery.

noon: an avocado and an egg. Tip: Tofu with sulfur salt also tastes like egg and doesn’t bloat.

Second snack: Sugar-free soy yogurt or low-fat yogurt with cinnamon, or a cucumber or tomato salad.

At evening: Low-fat fish with steamed vegetables, a vegetable soup or oven-roasted vegetables seasoned with a little olive oil and herbs. Et voila, hello flat stomach!

In general, you should steam vegetables so that they do not bloat. Cabbage causes bloating, raw vegetable salad often too. Warm teas such as fennel, caraway, anise and peppermint or a glass of hot water also help with flatulence, as do bitter herbs such as gentian or angelica root.

Our tip for you: A glass of still water before a meal fills you up. Eat slowly, otherwise there is a risk of flatulence. And sport generally helps on the way to a flat stomach, because it stimulates digestion.
