Hollywood star Mila Kunis maintains her slender figure through fitness combined with a healthy diet. We reveal what the 39-year-old eats on a typical day.
Mila Kunis (39) has been in the spotlight since she was a child. After her first small roles in film, she became known when, at the age of 14, she landed the role of Jackie Burkhart in the sitcom “That 70’s Show”. In addition to other film projects such as “Black Swan”, her relationship with former child star Macaulay Culkin (42), which lasted almost a decade, caused a stir in the media. Both were in a relationship until 2011. Mila Kunis then met fellow actor Ashton Kutcher (45), Demi Moore’s (60) ex-husband, with whom she is now married and has two children.

Avocado Toast & Co.: Breakfast like Mila Kunis
After getting up, Mila Kunis first drinks a classic filter coffee. For this she froths up oat cream with vanilla flavor. “Yeah, I love it old school,” Mila Kunis revealed in the interview. After taking her two children to school, she usually has avocado toast for breakfast. To do this, she mashes an entire avocado. She spreads the avocado mousse on wholemeal toast and tops it all off with a poached egg. “Sometimes I spice things up with a dollop of hummus or some tsatsiki.” She sprinkles “bagel seasoning” on top, a seasoning mix of dried onions, garlic and sesame.

“My husband and I work at home“explained Mila Kunis. “Usually one of us looks in the fridge and conjures up something from it.“ In the event that things have to be done really quickly, there is a protein smoothie. “I get frozen smoothies delivered to my home“, the actress continued. “Then I add protein powder and plant-based milk and mix it all up again.”
