For 14 days you stick to a strict program that is quite lean at only 600 to 800 calories per day. The menu is clearly structured: there are three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks in between? None!

Those who have been disciplined all day can treat themselves to a large grilled steak with salad and celery or three small hamburgers in the evening. If a wholemeal bread was eaten for breakfast, there is only some ham with the salad. It can also be a cup of natural yoghurt in the evening.
