  • mint
  • pistachios

That’s how it’s done:

  1. Cook the bulgur and let it cool.
  2. Cut the remaining ingredients into equal-sized cubes.
  3. Mix all ingredients and dress with a dressing of your choice. A simple oil balsamic dressing is classic. Complete!
