The puff pastry rolls are very simple, you only need six ingredients:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 100 g cream cheese with wild garlic
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 150 grams of grated cheese
- some salt and garlic
Fast, easy, delicious: This is how the perfect late night snack works:
First roll out the puff pastry and spread it with some wild garlic cream cheese – be generous, you want it to taste good!
Then you distribute the ham slices and the spinach. Season your puff pastry with a little salt and garlic.
Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Now roll up your dough and cut it into 1 cm wide pieces.
Place your snails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees and bake the snails for 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
