For the analysis, Savoo took a closer look at the offerings from eBay, Depop, Vestiaire Collective and ASOS Marketplace. After the comparison, a ranking of the most popular brands was created.

Zara is the most popular brand on the websites used for the study, with more than 670,000 products. However, the analysis also shows that casual streetwear from sports brands – in this case Nike and Adidas – is still trendy.

When it comes to making your own purchasing behavior more sustainable, second-hand is only part of the solution. One trick that might help is to ask a simple question: am I really going to wear this garment more than 30 times?
